The text has since gone through many edits and is now available in print and electronic format. The current edition of the book is v4.0, which is a substantial improvement in terms of content and language (I hired a professional editor) from the draft version.

- Are you a beginner student? (Include more of the introductory topics to make your minireference more self contained)
- What format for pdf do you want – readable on Kindle,eReader? Readable on iPhone? For screen? As slides? For printing on a free printer at work?
- How much are you willing to pay?
In about 20-30 mintues I can wrap a basic pdf version just for you. The price for this would be 5 dollars.
If you want me to spend more time making a good “playlist” just for you, then you have to be specific about what you know and what you don't know. If it takes me 1h to do this I will expect you to fork out 20 bucks.
